Kosher Chili Cookoff

We ventured out to the Kosher Chili Cookoff at Tiferet Israel on Sunday. We had never been and a few of our friends were going, so why not. It also gave us a good opportunity to try out our new Ergo carrier. Ari was a sport holding Dana in the carrier all afternoon. She slept most of the time and didn't seem to mind the position. Hopefully that will continue as she gets bigger.

We had a wonderful time tasting all the chili. It was an especially nice treat for me since it was all kosher, I could eat everything. Some were super hot, others were very tomatoey. I still don't know what good chili is supposed to taste like, but we enjoyed all that we sampled.
